You can always upgrade to daily support with Char to help you get the results that you had hoped for or you can request a refund. We offer refunds for the 3-6 Month, 6-12 Month, 12 Month-2.5 Year, and 2.5 Year and Up programs. The Newborn program does not apply because we are not sleep training at this age and it is purely for education, information and resource purposes. The refund also does not apply to the Sleep:As they Grow Bundle since it it just informational. The refund also does not apply where one has upgraded to one on one support with Char. 1:1 Support is personalized and Char does her part to help guide you through. Those services are complete and refunds are not applicable. You must demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success. Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

 

If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement.
